Teufelberger antiSHOCK Chainsaw Tool Lanyard 73cm

The Teufelberger antiSHOCK Tool Lanyard is a specialist arborist tool lanyard designed to help reduce shock forces if a chainsaw or other attached tool becomes caught during use.

Its key feature is the integrated tear webbing system. If forces of approximately 220–240 daN act on the lanyard, the webbing begins to deploy, helping reduce the force transferred to the climber’s harness, fall protection system and anchor point to around 150–180 daN.

If the tool remains trapped, the tear webbing can continue to open for up to approximately 70 cm, after which the tool may separate and fall.

The elastic webbing is specially treated for improved abrasion resistance, making the lanyard suitable for demanding professional tree care environments.
