The STIHL RM 248 petrol lawn mower has been developed to effortlessly mow medium-sized lawns up to 1200m². This practical model is easy to manoeuvre around the garden. Featuring foldable handlebars with a super-soft grip, the RM 248 offers a compact storage solution and extra comfort when pushing across the lawn. Simple operation of the central seven-setting cutting height adjustment enables an extremely precisely cut lawn at heights from 20 to 100 mm. The large 52-litre grass catcher box ensures fast mowing with fewer breaks. The RM 248 comes with a 10 year extended domestic warranty (subject to registration and annual servicing)  

Highlift blade - The highlift blade gives a precise finish to the lawn and ensures optimal filling of the grass catcher box. The blade creates a strong air current in the housing, which makes the grass stand upright before cutting and efficiently carries the clippings into the catcher box using an integrated and powerful air flow system.  

Central cutting height adjustment - For the best mowing results, you can easily adjust the cutting height of your lawn mower across several levels. A scale indicates the current height, and the central cut-height adjustment feature allows you to tailor your mowing to the specific conditions of your lawn.

Super-Soft Handle  - For a comfortable lawn mowing experience, the ergonomic super-soft handle ensures that your arms are protected by absorbing any vibrations while you mow.  

Polymer Housing  - For high resistance and lightweight performance, the robust polymer housing is petrol-resistant and shields the engine block from UV radiation. Additionally, the high-quality plastic is exceptionally light.  

Engine with Easy-Start System - Effortless and dependable, the easy-start system ensures that you can start your tool with minimal effort, whether it's a cold or warm start.  

Folding Grass Collection Box - Effortless Emptying: Your lawn mower features a folding grass collection box, making it easy to empty clippings. The fill-level indicator shows when it's time to empty the box. An airstream ensures dense filling, maximizing the box's capacity. Side slats direct the air towards the ground, preventing dirt from being swirled up.
