Petzl ZIGZAG PLUS Mechanical Prusik

The Petzl ZIGZAG PLUS Mechanical Prusik allows arborists to move efficiently through trees using a system that replicates the classic Prusik pulley technique while offering smoother control and improved performance.

The innovative friction chain system delivers precise, fluid movement, automatically locking onto the rope when the chain extends. A release lever allows smooth rope feed and gives the user excellent control over movement speed when ascending or descending.

A built-in pulley mounted on sealed ball bearings makes it easy to take up slack, improving efficiency while working in the canopy. The lower attachment hole with integrated swivel keeps the device correctly positioned for optimal rope glide and stability during use.

The ZIGZAG PLUS can be used with doubled rope systems (DRT) or single rope systems (SRT) when combined with the Petzl CHICANE accessory. Built with durable steel and aluminium construction, it is designed for professional arborists working in demanding environments.
