Each cylinder is filled with a high-performance blend of Butane, Propane, and Isobutane, ensuring reliable operation in temperatures as low as -10°C, perfect for year-round use.

A built-in safety valve allows you to detach the regulator safely after use, preventing gas escape and offering added peace of mind.

There are two pricing options available: one price is for customers who are exchanging an existing like for like gas bottle, and another price includes both a new gas bottle and a cylinder refill agreement.

What is a Cylinder Refill Agreement?

A Cylinder Refill Agreement is essentially a contract you enter into when you first purchase a Calor gas bottle. You are charged a Refill Agreement Charge, and the bottle remains the property of Calor while you use it. This agreement permits Ernest Doe, as an authorised Calor retailer, to exchange the bottles included in your order with filled gas supplies. When you need a refill, an Ernest Doe Branch will provide you with a pre-filled bottle in exchange for your empty one. However, the exchange must be like for like; if it's not, you will be subject to a new cylinder refill agreement fee. This agreement is valid for 50 years. The user has the option to terminate the agreement by returning the cylinder(s) in good condition to a designated CALOR outlet. Upon presenting this agreement, the user is entitled to a refund of the Refill Agreement Charge based on the following terms:

• If the cylinder is returned within the first year, a 50% refund of the Refill Agreement Charge is granted.
• If the cylinder is returned within the second year, a 25% refund of the Refill Agreement Charge is granted.

Please note that all cylinders remain the property of Calor and must be returned to a CALOR outlet when they are no longer needed. Despite the terms outlined above, Calor may occasionally offer a discretionary payment for cylinders returned after the two-year period, up to a maximum of five cylinders per year.
