Arbortec AT4060 Breatheflex Pro Chainsaw Trousers Design A Class 1 Lime

Arbortec Breatheflex Pro Chainsaw Trousers Design A Class 1 Lime

The Arbortec Breatheflex Pro Chainsaw Trousers in Lime are designed for professional arborists who need reliable chainsaw protection without sacrificing flexibility, comfort or freedom of movement.

Constructed using high-tenacity polymer fabrics, the Breatheflex Pro trousers are built to withstand demanding tree work while remaining lightweight and flexible enough for climbing and ground-based tasks.

Highly abrasion-resistant panels protect key wear areas at the front and ankles. These panels incorporate Kevlar fibres for additional durability against repeated contact with trees, branches and debris.

The crotch area also uses Kevlar alongside highly stretchable fabric to provide excellent freedom of movement while helping reduce the risk of tearing during climbing and manoeuvring.

We developed a revised internal liner for improved comfort, designed to help prevent sawdust and leg hair from getting caught inside the trousers.

This Design A model provides chainsaw protection to the front of the legs and is rated to Class 1 – 20 m/s.
