Arbortec Breatheflex Chainsaw Trousers Design A Class 1 Lime Large

Arbortec Breatheflex Chainsaw Trousers Design A Class 1 – Lime

The Arbortec Breatheflex Chainsaw Trousers in Lime are designed for professional foresters, arborists and tree climbers who need lightweight chainsaw protection without sacrificing comfort, breathability or freedom of movement.

The Breatheflex range uses a multi-layer chainsaw protection system with high-tenacity polymer, designed to provide effective protection while helping reduce unnecessary weight and fatigue during long working days.

The outer shell is constructed from Climasphere breathable fabric, offering strong abrasion and snag resistance for demanding forestry and climbing environments. A six-way stretch construction provides excellent flexibility, while the Kevlar-reinforced crotch helps resist tearing during climbing and high-movement tasks.

High-wear areas are reinforced for additional durability, including the lower legs and ankles. Practical storage includes cargo and phone pockets with double fold-over flaps to help keep sawdust and debris out.

This Design A model provides chainsaw protection to the front of the legs and is rated to Class 1 – 20 m/s.
