The Husqvarna Automower® 405VE NERA is an advanced wire-free robotic lawn mower designed to deliver intelligent, precise and fully automated lawn care for gardens up to 900m². Combining satellite-based virtual boundaries with AI-powered obstacle detection, it provides exceptional mowing performance with minimal manual effort.
The integrated EdgeCut feature keeps lawn edges neat while significantly reducing the need for additional trimming, helping maintain a consistently tidy finish across the entire garden.
Using the Automower® Connect app, you can easily create custom work areas, define temporary stay-out zones and adapt mowing schedules throughout the season to suit changing garden layouts or landscaping projects.
The built-in AI camera system detects and identifies objects on the lawn, allowing the mower to react intelligently depending on the obstacle type. Infrared technology improves obstacle detection in low-light conditions, helping protect wildlife and maintain safe operation even during night-time mowing. Combined with satellite navigation, the system also maintains excellent lawn coverage in areas with weaker satellite signals.
Customisable mowing patterns allow you to choose striped, checkerboard or triangle finishes across lawns up to 900m². For a more natural carpet-like appearance, the irregular mowing mode is suitable for areas up to 600m².
To achieve centimetre-level positioning accuracy, the mower receives correction data through Husqvarna Cloud technology at no additional cost. Full cellular or Wi-Fi coverage across the lawn is required for operation. For properties without reliable internet coverage, the optional Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station provides a stand-alone solution with even greater positioning accuracy of approximately 2–3cm.
