As your order was placed through our webshop using Click & Collect, our Ringmer branch acted as the collection point for the order. Refunds for online purchases are processed by our online team at head office, which is why the item needed to be returned to us for inspection before the refund could be issued to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, as the coat had been discontinued we were unable to offer a replacement, but we’re pleased the matter was resolved with a full refund once the item had been returned to our online team.
